  • I cannot praise the staff and management teams enough for the wonderful care they provide for my 97-year-old mum. She is treated with love and respect in all aspects of her care. There is a wonderful atmosphere of fun, happiness and compassion for all the residents. I was extremely anxious about putting my mum in for respite but that fear has gone, I can relax and truly enjoy my time away from her knowing she is in excellent hands. Heartfelt thanks to all. Relative, Cowdray Club
  • This was my husband's first respite. I was very apprehensive, as was my husband but the staff made us feel relaxed and secure. We were introduced to some of the other residents and the lounge (day room) was a homely environment. His room was light and bright, lovely filled bookcase and TV. All visitors who came to see my husband were offered tea or coffee and reported back to me how settled and happy my husband was. Just love the friendliness of the staff. Relative, Cowdray Club
