We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join the Senior Management Team, as Operations Manager, to lead and develop a group of care services.

As Operations Manager you will:

· Be highly visible in the group, providing leadership and management to a group of services ensuring high standards of professional practice and compliance with Company Policies and Procedures, as well as National Standards.

· Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure provision of sustainable, cost-effective high-quality care, that supports the physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing of the residents.

· Be responsible for improving service performance, as well as supporting/promoting a culture of continuous improvement and organisational values in the services you support.

· Oversee and take financial responsibility for your group of services, ensuring their financial viability.

To be considered for this role you will:

· Be a senior care sector professional, preferably from a nursing background, with a professional qualification relating to health and social care.

· Have extensive experience in managing services for vulnerable groups in health, housing or social care and meeting the national standards in social care.

· Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing key stakeholder relationships as well as a supportive leadership style.

· Be able to manage, set and monitor budgets effectively within an understanding of social care cost drivers.

· Possess excellent organisational skills and be able to influence others, delivering on projects/agreed targets, effect a positive change in care and service, whilst meeting financial targets.

· Have a valid driving licence and your own car as travel between locations is essential.

This is a permanent full time role (40 hours per week) offering a competitive salary package as well as a range of other benefits on successful completion of the probationary period.
