Operations Co-ordinator
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide full administrative support to the senior operations team. The role is for 30 hours per week and the successful candidate will be based out of Dundee, although travel across our homes in Scotland will be required so access to your own transport is essential.
This is a varied role with duties including, but not limited to, the following:
· Taking minutes of meetings
· Diary management.
· Accommodation bookings.
· Processing GDPR requests.
· Preparing information for external bodies/ partners, such as the Care Inspectorate
· Overseeing the compliance log, ensuring appropriate timescales are adhered to.
· Collating quality data and prepare reports as directed.
· Arranging and oversee health and safety visits to all homes.
· Ensuring each home has up to date risk assessments
· Managing, distributing and collating results from stakeholder surveys
· Supporting compliance with the Group Quality Assurance Framework

Ideal candidate
· Will have significant administration experience in a busy environment, ideally within the care sector, and understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
· Be proactive and be able to manage and prioritise your own workload and have a flexible approach when priorities change.
· Demonstrate experience of a variety of computer packages including MS outlook, word and excel.
· Have excellent communication skills and an ability to understand the pressures of the operations team and staff and respond/support appropriately.
· Have a strong customer focus with excellent attention to detail and the ability to get stuck in and work as part of a small team.
Desirable
SVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
Knowledge of the care sector would be advantageous
