As an organisation, we pledged to continually invest in our people and our company. As a result, our people invested in us and helped create a culture of healthy day to day attitudes, behaviors and work ethic.

When Robert Kilgour launched Renaissance in 2004 with three homes in the Edinburgh area, he was proud to offer 80 beds and a team of 100 caring staff.

Our People are the heartbeat of the organisation. Our residents, relatives and workforce are the ones who light up our homes and create happy, vibrant and loving environments to live and work in. Hearing their views, thoughts and feelings help us to continually develop.
