In our view the role of home manager is pivotal to the successful operation of our business.

As a registered health professional you will have responsibility for the day to day running of one of our homes, ensuring that our own and national standards of care are delivered at all times. You will also require good commercial awareness as you will have responsibility for staff and for delivering the home’s ‘bottom-line’.
